We’re looking for a compassionate, highly motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing functional medicine clinic in Kearney, Nebraska.

Our clinic is currently booking patients four months in advance. To meet demand and continue providing the deeply personalized care we’re known for, we’re expanding our team.

This is a rare opportunity to train directly with Joseph Debban, APRN, and become a core part of our mission to help patients reclaim their vitality and long-term health through root-cause, evidence-based care.

Position Summary

Title: Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
Location: On-site in Kearney, NE
Schedule: Part-Time with potential to expand to Full-Time
Start Date: Within 4–8 weeks (flexible for the right candidate)

We’re currently booking new patients four months in advance and are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to help expand our capacity.

What You’ll Do

Conduct in-person follow-up visits for new and existing patients
Interpret functional lab results: GI-MAP, hormone panels, metabolic markers
Create personalized care plans using the Take It Back Method™
Use Tebra EHR for all documentation and clinical workflows
Collaborate with Joe and clinical staff to deliver seamless care
Support patient questions, refill requests, and follow-up communication
Serve Base and Healthspan Elite membership tiers

Training & Support

Direct mentorship from Joseph Debban, APRN
Structured onboarding including SOP access and patient shadowing
Access to internal clinical documentation templates
Functional medicine training support (if needed)
Optional: In-house social media production team manages your content (show up—we handle the rest)

What We’re Looking For

Active Nurse Practitioner license (APRN) in Nebraska with prescriptive authority
Experience in primary care, wellness, or integrative medicine preferred
Excellent communication and patient-relationship skills
Organized, coachable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced clinic
