At J Debban Wellness, we believe great care starts with clear communication. These policies are designed to protect your time and ours, ensure safety and efficiency, and keep our team focused on what matters most—helping you reclaim your health.
🧭 New Patient Process
Becoming a patient at J Debban Wellness begins with Phase 1 of The Take It Back Method™—our personalized deep-dive into your metabolism, hormones, gut health, and more. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required prior to scheduling (the total will be applied to your lab panel fee). If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit is forfeited. Every new patient receives:

A comprehensive lab panel (billed at cost) drawn by one of our nurses prior to your visit with Joe

An in-depth evaluation visit with Joseph Debban, APRN-FNP

A custom plan with clear next steps for your health journey
We recommend submitting any prior labs or relevant records at least 5 business days before your first visit to maximize your results and allow for thorough review. We ALWAYS draw our own labs as they are specific to our process but we are happy to evaluate any information you have.
💳 Membership Pricing
If you choose to join our clinic we offer two membership tiers:

Base Membership ($125/month)

Healthspan Elite Membership ($495/month, limited to 25 members)

🔁 Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and ours. We also have a long waiting list of people wanting appointments so we want to respect those individuals. For that reason, all appointments require at least 3 business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. That allows us time to have someone fill your spot.

Deposit is required for very first visit of $200. This will be applied to your initial labs. If you cancel your visit you will forfeit the deposit.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 3 business days’ notice will be charged in full (even if you are a member and the visits are free - your charge will be $138). There is no charge to cancel before 3 business days. Typically our system will send you a reminder 4 business days prior to your appointment.

No-shows are considered cancellations and will also be charged.

We also understand emergencies happen. We will consider these on a case-by-case basis.
Membership payments and functional testing packages are non-refundable.
⏰ Late Arrival Policy
We make every effort to run on time and give each patient our full attention. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of the provider. You will still be responsible for the full appointment cost if any was due.
💊 Prescription Refills
For ongoing prescriptions:

Please contact your pharmacy first to verify if refills remain.

Plan ahead and allow 3–5 business days for refill processing.

Patients not seen within the last 4 months may require updated labs and a follow-up visit before refills are issued.
If labs are delayed, a one-time partial fill may be provided at our discretion. This helps ensure the safe and effective use of your medications.
🧴 Supplements & Vitamins
We proudly offer curated pharmaceutical-grade supplements through our clinic and online store. These products are selected for purity, potency, and effectiveness—but are never required to receive care.
